What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and / or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents encountered during patrols.Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and / or client representatives regarding incidents and daily activities as required.What We're Looking For :

Must have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.Must provide proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client.Must be at least 21 years of age.Alarm panel experience is preferred.CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
