Accountabilities :

• Lead complex SAP, non-SAP, and technology transformation programs from initiation to successful delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals and client needs.
• Oversee resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
• Provide strategic direction to cross-functional delivery teams, promoting operational excellence and best practices.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, advising on solutions, roadmaps, and business outcomes.
• Support business growth through sales enablement, proposal development, and market expansion initiatives.
• Mentor delivery teams, contribute to organizational strategy, and represent the organization at client meetings and industry events.
