Job Description:
IERUS is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality, Safety, and Mission Assurance (QSMA) Analyst to lead compliance efforts in support of government contracts, specifically adhering to AS9100D and applicable MDA quality and safety standards. This position is responsible for implementing a robust QSMA program across all program phases, including quality assurance, safety, configuration control, and mission readiness support. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in defense/aerospace environments and demonstrated leadership in quality systems, safety programs, and regulatory compliance. The QSMA position is a full-time position. The individual will support Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) Integrated Ground Tests (GTIs), Distributed Ground Tests (GTDs), and Flight Test (FT) events.
