About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Vice President, Product Operations & Monetization to drive operational excellence across our product organization and to serve as the connective tissue between strategy, execution, and outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and business — ensuring that our product portfolio is strategically invested, operationally disciplined, and commercially ready to deliver impact at scale. The VP of Product Operations will lead the teams responsible for product lifecycle management, portfolio and investment governance, commercial readiness, pricing and monetization, and product insights and performance metrics. Acting also as a Chief of Staff to the Chief Product Officer, this leader will be a force multiplier — helping align vision with execution, drive strategic prioritization, and amplify the effectiveness of the entire product organization.

Compensation Range
$257,000 - $429,000. The base salary range for this role is shown above. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job‑related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package : the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan, and / or equity plan, depending on role.
