Barback

About the Role

We’re looking for a hardworking and dependable Barback to join our team. The barback plays a key role in keeping the bar running smoothly by supporting our bartenders, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring the bar area stays clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

Restock beer, wine, liquor, mixers, ice, and glassware throughout service

Keep the bar area clean, sanitized, and fully organized at all times

Assist bartenders with garnishes, ice, and supplies during service

Clear and wash glassware quickly and safely

Help receive, rotate, and store deliveries

Remove trash and recycling as needed

Support bartenders during peak hours by running drinks or resetting stations

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards

Qualifications

Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred but not required

Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Must be reliable and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
