Job Description & Requirements Specialty : PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 10 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Travel PICU (1) NIGHTS & (1) PICU DAYS Start : 11 / 11 / 2025 End : 2 / 7 / 26 13-Weeks RATE PACKAGE : Bill Rate $115.00 NBO / Orientation : $10 less than Bill Rate OT / Callback : 1.3x Bill Rate after 40 GTD : 36 hr, no cancellation policy Call Back GTD : 2 hours No fees MUST HAVE TO SUBMIT TO CLIENT : Active NY License required 1 Eval RETURNEES (within 11 months, same specialty) If you start before the last week in Sept, you can request a 13wk assignment. Monday start dates NO Orientation needed Orientation RNs 11 / 11 start date Must work 2 of 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas E / D, New Years E / D) Orientation Pay Rate is $10 less than the Assignment Pay Rate. Facility Details :

• LOAs must be included in your submit
• Must working two of the three holidays listed below Thanksgiving, Christmas Day / Eve, and New Years Day / Eve.
• Travelers cannot be a current Montefiore Staff Nurses or part of the Montefiore Per Diem pool. Former Montefiore Staff Nurses / Per Diem members must wait 6 months before working as an Agency nurse.
• Any RN trying to switch agencies (example from Med Solutions to Fastaff), must wait 3 month after their assignment ends to switch.
• COVID VACCINATION REQUIRED. Resources must be fully vaccinated by the start date.
• Flu shot required
• No Artificial Nails of any kind
• LOAs must be included in your submit
• Block Scheduling cannot be accommodated
• Travel Nurses Float First
• Ceil blue scrubs Unit Details :
• BLS and PALS required
• Must have VENT experience. Must include notes in your submits
• 2 yrs PICU experience required, must be full time not per Diem or float experience
• RNs should have cardiac experience
• Large hospital and / or Children’s hospital experience strongly preferred
• Ratios 2 : 1 or 1 : 1 or 2 : 1.
