Your Role as a Legal Executive RecruiterAs a Legal Executive Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of the recruitment process, from sourcing top-tier candidates to placing them in prestigious law firms and corporate legal departments. Your key responsibilities will include : Identifying and engaging top attorney candidates using a variety of innovative sourcing methods.Interviewing attorney candidates to assess their marketability and fit for our clients.Networking with attorneys and legal professionals to build a robust pipeline of talented candidates.Maintaining strong relationships with law firm and corporate clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.Staying abreast of market trends and legal industry developments to ensure you are always ahead of the curve.Extending offers of employment and negotiating compensation packages to secure the best talent for our clients.

What We’re Looking ForJD required : Your legal background is essential.Desire to transition into a sales / recruiting role : We value your enthusiasm and motivation.Entrepreneurial edge : Business acumen and a drive to succeed are key.Prior sales experience : Preferred but not required (real estate, retail, hospitality, client services, business development).Experience practicing law : No prior recruiting experience is necessary, but your legal practice experience is crucial.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $50,000 with limitless earning potential through our uncapped commission structure, allowing top performers to maximize their income.
