The Mission

Leidos is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the information broker role to work in our San Antonio, TX office. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Integrated Defensive Cyber Systems mission. The ideal candidate will have experience working on complex systems. This position is located near Lackland Air Force Base; all work is onsite.

Primary Tasks :

• Enable the organization to identify, document, and access intellectual assets like employee expertise, best practices, and organizational knowledge
• Perform information searches, knowledge mapping, and knowledge management
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, policies, and ethics as they relate to cybersecurity and privacy
• Design, build, implement, and maintain a knowledge management framework that provides end-users access to the organization's intellectual capital based
• Promote and enable knowledge sharing between information owners / users through an organization's operational processes and systems
• Lead efforts to promote the organization's use of knowledge management and information sharing
• Collaborative Planning : Work closely with military personnel, subject matter experts, and partner organizations to ensure seamless integration of knowledge management practices into the customer's environment
• Provide actionable insights to enhance decision-making processes
• Transform legacy Air Force knowledge management processes (disparate / duplicative websites) and feedback mechanisms (long e-mail chains) into modern interactive knowledge bases using process such as forum moderator or wiki's.
• Lead transformation of tech writers using static word documents for technical configuration documents, checklists, training documents, etc, into tech editors that support 1000's of collaborators using online / interactive methods that include hyperlinks, document tagging, and processes that allow for large number of collaborators while editing out inaccurate information, editing technically correct but poorly written documents, and celebrating / recognizing strong contributors.

Pay Range :

Pay Range $80,600.00 - $145,700.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
