ABM is seeking a motivated individual for an entry-level Floating Helper & Handyman trainee position at Park La Brea, a prestigious residential complex featuring multiple high-rise and medium-rise buildings with extensive grounds. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in facilities maintenance with a leading facility services company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Replace and repair window screens
• Install and maintain blind slats
• Service and replace screen doors
• Repair window crank arms
• Fix faucet drips and minor plumbing issues
• Assist with general maintenance tasks across the residential complex
• Support facilities team with various handyman duties as needed
