At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE), we’re shaping what ABA therapy should be : compassionate, ethical, family-centered, and clinician-supported. We’re seeking a Hybrid BCBA to join our Colonial Heights, VA clinic, combining remote flexibility with predictable onsite collaboration.
This role requires onsite visits once per month for 2–3 days to work directly with clients, caregivers, and your clinical team.

What You’ll Do
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plansSupervise and mentor RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and traineesProvide caregiver coaching to support generalization at homeReview treatment data and adjust programming as neededLead team meetings that support collaboration and quality of careConduct assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentationUphold BACB ethical standards and AutismCOE clinical guidelinesWhat You’ll Bring
