Job description

We are looking for an experienced and versatile Corporate Attorney to join our team in Sacramento, California. This role offers the opportunity to handle diverse legal matters, including business transactions, real estate, corporate law, tax planning, and intellectual property. The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities :

Manage complex legal cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring effective advocacy and strategic decision-making.

Provide legal guidance on business and real estate transactions, corporate governance, tax planning, and estate planning.

Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.

Represent clients in business litigation, family law matters, and intellectual property disputes.

Collaborate with team members to develop innovative legal solutions in a collegial and supportive environment.

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and decision-making.

Negotiate settlements and agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Utilize legal software and tools to streamline case management and documentation.

Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and meticulous representation.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience, including corporate and transactional law.

Proven expertise in business and real estate transactions, tax planning, estate planning, and intellectual property.

Strong academic background from an accredited law school.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in legal research and negotiation.

Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in legal software and tools such as Adobe Acrobat and HRMS.

Demonstrated ability to draft contracts and navigate complex legal regulations.
