Whether you're a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or a Registered Nurse (RN), your role is essential in supporting patient wellness and contributing to a collaborative care environment.Responsibilities Include :Escorting patients to exam rooms and obtaining accurate vital signsDocumenting patient information and updating medication lists in the EMRAdministering medications safely and transcribing physician orders accuratelyAssisting with treatments, procedures, and patient educationPerforming pre-visit planning and reviewing quality metricsCompleting referrals and tracking patient complianceMonitoring and responding to provider-assigned tasksEnsuring proper labeling and handling of patient specimensMaintaining a clean and safe work environmentParticipating in daily patient care huddles and team collaborationReinforcing patient and family teaching and providing clinical visit summariesWhat You Will Need :For LPNs :Current NYS license to practice as a Practical NurseGraduate of an accredited school of Practical NursingHigh School diploma or GEDAbility to lift 20 lbsFor RNs :Current unencumbered NYS RN licenseAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferredHigh School diploma or GEDBasic Life Support certificationMinimum 6 months of RN experienceAbility to lift 20 lbsCompensation :LPN Pay Range :$23.85 - $29.95 / hourRN Pay Range :$30.00 - $43.50 / hour Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
