About the Role:
Food servers are largely responsible for the entire experience that a customer has at a restaurant. In that regard servers need to be courteous and professional when they are greeting customers, taking customer orders, dealing with customer issues and complaints, and giving customers their bill. Servers must have attention to detail, be able to answer menu questions, provide suggestions, and collaborate with the kitchen staff, managers and other foodservice staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive reputation for the organization.

As a Server, you will utilize your excellent communication and customer service skills to provide exceptional service to our guests. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask will be essential in ensuring efficient service. Additionally, your knowledge of food and beverage service and experience with point-of-sale systems will be beneficial in this role. You will work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment, and ensure guest satisfaction.
