Description :

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to specifications using proper tools and verifying conformance of parts.
• Communicate progress with Lead.
• Keep production area clean and organized to allow efficient production.
• Assembly of special machines (Precision assembly of close tolerance machined parts and components).
• Assisting at the offsite installation of our systems at our customer’s facility when applicable.
• Work with Management to determine resource requirements, work allocation and production deadlines to achieve objectives
• Work with other Team Members to provide training and mentorship.
• Build and expand Team member relationships.
• Quickly learn new systems and software.
• Properly manage time and assist Team Members with managing their time as well.
• Manage time and prioritize accordingly to meet production requirements.
• Demonstrate outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Alignment with our Core Values.
• As needed, host the visit of or facilitate visits to customers.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and customers.
