Tennessee Licensed Mental Health Therapist

A company is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver individual and group counseling and psychotherapy, including crisis intervention

Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the needs of Black women and girls, and BIPOC communities

Collaborate with community stakeholders to promote mental health awareness and support

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field

Current licensure as a psychologist, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of residence

Experience providing therapy in clinical settings and via telehealth platforms

Skilled in working with diverse and underrepresented populations

Commitment to lifelong learning in areas related to Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (EDIB)
