What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, engaging in emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or access.

Observe and report any irregularities, such as security-related breaches, hazards, or unusual situations.

Communicate with Allied Universal management and / or local authorities as needed in response to incidents or emergencies.

Document incidents, observations, and activities according to site requirements and Allied Universal protocols.

Assist visitors and employees with directions and general information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
