PERFIL TÉCNICO REQUERIDO :

Experiencia Mínima :

10 años en construcción especializada (estructural / civil / geotécnico)

5 años liderando equipos en campo (crew de 5 personas)

Expertise DIRECTA en 3 de estas áreas :

Reparación / rehabilitación de concreto (ACI 546 ICRI)

Cimentaciones profundas (pilotes micropilotes recalce)

Estabilización de taludes y geotecnia aplicada

Refuerzo estructural (FRP postensado shotcrete)

Puentes o infraestructura crítica

Licencia / Certificación :

Licencia PE en Puerto Rico (DESEABLE pero NO requerida)

OSHA 30 (o disposición a obtenerla en primeros 90 días)

Certificaciones técnicas relevantes (ACI ICRI AWS) son un plus

Idiomas :

Español fluido (requerido)

Inglés técnico (lectura de normas / specs - requerido)
