Ozell Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Program Analyst to support the U.S. Coast Guard Yard in Baltimore, MD. This role provides critical administrative and program support to the Facilities Management Division, ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of the Yard’s 113-acre campus and 100+ buildings.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced in database management, and comfortable working in a government facilities environment. This is a staff augmentation position under a federal contract, offering the opportunity to directly contribute to the U.S. Coast Guard’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the SAMs Facility Maintenance Database to ensure accuracy of Coast Guard facility records.
- Support project design and construction teams by documenting equipment changes, updates, and project status.
- Prepare and process FSMS procurement requests and maintain financial tracking for facility-related transactions.
- Collaborate with environmental, engineering, and construction staff to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
- Conduct periodic inventory validation of buildings and equipment to maintain database integrity.
- Maintain organized public computer folders, files, and records for the Facilities Management Division.
- Participate in weekly project and maintenance meetings, providing notes and updates for database entries.
- Assist with quality control of maintenance work orders and coordinate corrections with contractors.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in program analysis, facilities support, or administrative support services.High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Engineering, Facilities, or related field).Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), preferably SAMs , strongly desired.Knowledge of facilities management, engineering support, or construction project administration.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Must be able to pass a background and credit check for government site access.
