Location : Remote (Must reside in AL, AK, AZ, AR, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NE, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA)

Schedule : MonFri, 8 AM5 PM or 9 AM6 PM

Role Overview : Manage and negotiate clinical trial agreements and related contracts to ensure compliance with institutional and federal guidelines. Serve as a liaison between research teams, legal, and operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and negotiate research-related contracts and amendments.
• Interpret contract terms, laws, and policies; ensure compliance.
• Track and facilitate timely execution of agreements.
• Advise stakeholders on regulatory and institutional requirements.

Job Type & Location : This is a permanent position based out of Orlando, FL.
