This role offers a remote work environment; however, the incumbent must reside in US Northeast region. Note : Relocation is not supported.

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. The Director, Supply Chain Planning and Process Excellence will report to the VP of CLS Global Supply Chain Planning as the key leader of the Global Planning team. The leader will be responsible for :

  • Drive supply chain planning and business operational excellence, streamlining process through end-to-end planning landscape and continuous improvement activities
  • Partner with the SCM leaders and Planning team leads to develop strategic vision and roadmap, then drive execution in delivering supply chain results and financial objectives
  • Define and manage continuous improvement training programs for the planning team in collaboration with leaders
  • Apply Structured Problem solving to support Supply Planning groups translating challenges in strategic goals (top down) into specific actions and team objectives to execute plan (bottoms up)
  • Define or / and maximize pre-defined KPIs to measure supply chain performance and drive necessary improvement action plans
  • Collaborate with IBP / S&OE key contributors to drive monthly cycle process and inputs / outputs to ensure all aspects of it results in comprehensive and deliverable execution plan within Planning team.
  • Work on related duties and miscellaneous projects as needed

  • Strong leadership skills, open-minded in change management, and experience in organizational transformation is preferred.
  • MBA or bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Supply Chain Management and / or equivalent professional experience (Finance, Accounting, Engineering and other technical degrees are a plus)
  • Minimum of 8 years experiences in supply chain or operational excellence,
  • Drive digitalization in analysis and reporting tools along with improvements in underlying master data structure.
  • Highly collaborative, team oriented, and comfortable leading cross-functional projects
  • Required skills to have for the success of this role :

  • Advanced knowledge of Plan systems and processes. Experience in a structured business process (e.g. SIOP, S&OP, IBP) strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships with multiple functions.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
