Are you a friendly and outgoing individual who enjoys providing excellent customer service? Join our team as a Greeter/Cashier and be the welcoming face of our establishment. We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate who can greet guests with a smile, assist them with inquiries, and handle cashiering duties efficiently. As a Greeter/Cashier, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process for our guests.

Summary

Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere. Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and assisting guests with their needs. Efficiently handle cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cashier station and lobby. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Offer suggestions and recommendations for nearby attractions, dining options, and activities. Demonstrate a proactive approach in resolving guest issues or concerns. Uphold the hotel/resort's brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills. Strong communication skills. Read, write and speak English fluently. High energy and enthusiasm. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems. High School diploma or equivalent. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
