Key Responsibilities :

Develop, schedule, and manage content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Coordinate with designers and writers to create visually appealing posts and campaigns.

Monitor social trends and competitor activities to suggest fresh strategies.

Manage paid ad campaigns and analyze their performance.

Engage with the online community and respond to comments or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest optimization strategies.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing social media channels and ads.

Strong understanding of social media tools, analytics, and content planning.

Excellent copywriting, communication, and creative thinking skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
