• Opt 1 (Clinic only)
• IUD / Nexplanon insertion / removal
• Colposcopy, Endometrial biopsy, NST evaluation
• Opt 2 (Clinic + Call)
• Manage and Deliver OB patients
• Suction D&C, Laparoscopic salpingectomy
• Laparoscopic cystectomy / oophorectomy
• ER consultations
• Similar to Opt 1 for Clinic
• Trauma Level : I
• EMR : Cerner
• Other Info : Will work / cover 2 facilities
• Hospital Privileges required : Yes
