Intake Coordinator

A company is looking for a UM Intake Coordinator to join their medical management team.

Key Responsibilities

Obtain requests from providers via phone, fax, or provider portal

Utilize software systems to determine member plans and requirements

Build cases in the utilization management system and ensure data accuracy

Required Qualifications

High School diploma / GED with one year of healthcare and customer service experience, or a Bachelor's degree

Preferred : Associate Degree in a related healthcare field

Two plus years of healthcare and customer service experience
