About The Position

Experience : Minimum of 3 years in Cardiac, Cath, or Vascular

License : Iowa

Certifications : BLS (AHA)

Must-Have :

• 3+ years minimum experience in Cardiac, Cath, or Vascular
• EPIC EMR experience required
• First-time travelers accepted with at least 3 years of experience

Description :

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute your professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.

You will apply the nursing process in non-invasive cardiology procedures.

You will work in a unit with two procedure rooms and three pre / post bays.

The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1 : 3.

You will participate in a call rotation, if needed, at a frequency of 1 in 4.

All travelers are required to work two of the three winter holidays : Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving.

A limit of one day off request is allowed between specific holiday periods.
