THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a Piping BIM Detailer with hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit, Fabrication CADmep, and producing shop / fabrication drawings. This is a great opportunity for a detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about modeling systems that get built in the real world.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Create and manage detailed 3D piping models in Revit for mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Generate fabrication-ready shop drawings and spools for field installation and prefab.
• Interpret engineering drawings and design intent into constructible models.
• Identify and resolve coordination conflicts using clash detection tools.
• Maintain modeling standards and documentation across multiple active projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field foremen to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Generate RFIs as required
• Perform other duties as assigned.
