Association Manager
The Association Manager of the POA will manage the Property Owner's Association on behalf of the Board of Directors of the POA and the firm. This role is responsible for overseeing the fiscal management, administration, and operations of the Association, providing unparalleled service and management of all POA aspects for residential, retail, and commercial members.
Responsibilities :
Customer Relations and Property Management
Manage all fiscal aspects of the Property Owner's Association, to include annual budget creation, dues estimates, annual reconciliation, and monthly financial reporting
Oversee all administrative functions of the POA
Manage team in all aspects of operations of the POA
Oversee & direct an elevated level of aesthetic requirements of POA grounds
Maintain elevated customer service expectations for POA members
Participate as an Officer of the POA Board of Directors
Conduct quarterly member outreach and communications
Confirm all vendor contracts are in place
Issue RFPs for vendor services as required
Track acreage and member voting calculations
Oversee Special Event coordination
Proactively coordinate any communications need as it relates to construction in or affecting the POA and its stakeholders
