GENERAL JOB SUMMARY : This role will assist with daily facility operations while stationed at the front lobby to oversee visitor protocol. It will also coordinate with and support IT shared services functions. Responsibilities include routine maintenance (furniture moves, light electrical projects, minor painting, office inventory / replenishment, light cleaning) and front-line support for IT inventory, asset procurement, and deployment.

Essential Job Functions
- Maintains security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception front lobby desk.
- Performs basic building maintenance, including minor repairs, patching, painting, and cleaning.
- Greets and welcomes visitors, determines reason for visit, and assists as needed.
- Screen visitors through Visual Compliance, maintain visitor logs, and assign / collect ID badges as needed.
- Sorts incoming mail and delivers mail to appropriate individuals / departments.
- Assists with shipping items via FedEx account.
- Provide coverage for security personnel during planned and unplanned absences.
- Works with property management and outside contractors on building and equipment repairs, including after-hours maintenance.
- Coordinates media and data destruction per company policy.
- Maintains min / max inventory of office and break room supplies and generates purchase requests when necessary.
- Generates activity reports and manages employee and visitor access levels and badges in compliance with policy.
- Maintains mailroom equipment and shipping materials.
- Coordinates maintenance of onsite facilities and equipment, including safety equipment.
- Manages vendors to ensure priorities and SLAs are met.
- Manages printer maintenance supplies and device lifecycle with external vendors.
- Operates site equipment using hand and power tools as needed.
- Performs inter-office mail deliveries, wastepaper recycling, and stocking of break areas.
- Maintains documentation such as space usage, instructions, and manuals for property.
- Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions.
- Completes tasks in a resourceful and effective way as a skilled specialist.
- Supports IT in maintenance of essential technical and consumable inventory.
- Assists with IT purchase orders, coordinating across departments as needed.
- Sets up local workspaces and ships technical assets to support new hires / tech refreshes as needed.

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Valid California driver's license with clean driving record; manual transmission a plus.Cal-OSHA 10 certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days of onboarding.Current CPR, First Aid and AED certifications a plus.Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Experience with FedEx software and shipping documents; may involve driving to FedEx / UPS locations.Familiarity with ticketed service desk software is a plus.Experience supporting a building that is part of a larger organization across multiple time zones.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information per company / government requirements.Strong attention to detail and physical security awareness.Effective communication with peers, supervisors, and the public; adherence to company policies.Willingness and ability to learn company technology for required purposes, including training and policy participation.Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions; work in a fast-paced environment.Maintenance knowledge relevant to the job; IIPP knowledge is a plus.Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years of related experience preferred.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
