A very well known social services organization is looking for a RN to join their growing team in the Bronx, NY! The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct and supportive healthcare to individuals that reside in the residential programs. The position focuses on coordinator of care / case management for individuals and staff training oversight for the provision of care. This person will also be responsible for documenting individual's status, health needs and follow-up.

Job Function :

Day Shift.

9am - 5pm / 8am - 4pm / 7am - 3pm.

Documenting individual's status, health needs and follow-up.

Attending staff meetings and participating in company functions as needed.

Job Requirements :

New York State RN License

1 yr of RN exp in LTC, mental health, or OPWDD. 6 months of experience working with OPWDD.
