Pre-Delivery Inspection Lead

JOB SUMMARY : The Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Group Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and safety of our pontoon boats before they reach our customers. This leadership position requires a strong commitment to supporting a team responsible for conducting thorough pre-delivery inspections, upholding established standards, and contributing to our dedication to delivering exceptional products with a focus on Quality, Service, and Innovation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Pre-Delivery Inspections :

Conduct thorough inspections of pontoon boats before delivery to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

Work closely with the production and assembly teams to address and rectify any issues identified during inspections.

Complete detailed inspection reports, documenting findings and recommended actions.

Collaborate with other departments, such as production, engineering, and customer service, to address and resolve issues identified during inspections.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing enhancements to the pre-delivery inspection process.

Supports and advocates for a Barletta Safe culture by ensuring that all safety protocols and procedures are followed during the inspection process.

Provides culture-focused leadership to the PDI team

Stay informed about industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to pontoon boat manufacturing and inspection.
