Government Contracts Associate Attorney (2–4 Years)
Location : Tysons, Virginia
Direct Counsel is seeking a Government Contracts Associate Attorney to join a well-respected national law firm with a strong reputation for its litigation and government contracts practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on complex federal procurement matters involving high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Advise clients on issues related to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other federal procurement laws.
Handle bid protests, claims, and investigations involving government contracts.
Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
Support senior attorneys in litigation and regulatory compliance matters.
Qualifications :
2–4 years of substantive experience in government contracts law.
Admitted to the Virginia Bar .
Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
