By uniting people of passion who believe they can make a difference, we are confident that we can achieve this goal.## Job Description The Facility Access Engineering Manager for Power is responsible for developing engineering guidelines and solutions for power-related equipment including remote monitoring system including cost reduction initiatives. The role collaborates with Facilities Planning team and Vendor partners with regards to new technologies and strategies. The roles engages with Towerco in relation to power solutioning, CAF1 and CAF2 activities, and other related activities. The role manages the enablement of power scope across all territories supporting flagship projects ie NSB, Expansion, Power Program. This role requires strong design expertise of power system. Establish and enforce standards for all power-related equipment, ensuring consistency and reliability across telecom sites. Ensure correct engineering, completeness of solution and compliance to the power engineering guidelines to accommodate new rollouts and upgrades Drive the strategic use of new power technologies to gain advantages and benefits - cost, expediting implementation Support the development of technology roadmap from current to target state architecture and any corresponding transition architecture(s). Provides technical solutions and engineering recommendations to enhance system reliability and efficiency including cost efficiency Prepare and provide regular reports to leaders.
