Job Overview : This position assists on the responsibility for the direct oversight of the Residential Association facilities; including but not limited to assisting in oversight, third party contracts, the day-to-day operation of Association amenities and future planning of the Association facilities (the -Association-). Assists in closely monitors, identifies and communicates problems in every phase of general maintenance and future planning of the Association-s operation, including all pools, parks, lakes, irrigation systems and common areas, working closely with the Facilities Manager, General Manager and Declarants designated Development Partner to promote the immediate attention to Association repairs, Association landscape and irrigation operations and general cleanliness of the Association. Makes recommendations, oversees third party contract performance,
assists and oversee pool(s) maintenance and operation, conducts landscape walks, along with identifies potential concerns and / or projects and implements preventive maintenance as established by Company procedures and guidelines. Your Responsibilities :
Skills - Qualifications :
experience of large Association pool environments.
working knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Must possess strong time management skills. Must be able
to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment. Computer literacy required; Professional and working knowledge of
MS Office application with emphasis on Excel and Word. On Call 24 / 7. Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely
manner. Must be able to work flexible schedule and weekends as needed.
and valid Texas drivers and insurance license required
