Estimator in the Fort Worth / Weatherford Area

The ideal candidate will have solid experience estimating all divisions and trades and should be able to demonstrate the ability to produce timely and accurate bids. Candidates must have proven experience with blueprints and specifications and should be able to perform the functions of detailed take-offs, pricing, subcontractors bid / cost analysis, hard bid participation, contract negotiation, scope sheet generation, means and methods. Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact and communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and owners.

Requirements :

• Three to five years prior experience as a general contractor estimator.
• Must be computer efficient in Microsoft, Scheduling, email, etc.
• Three references on past projects from prior managers are required.
• Project list including dollar amount of each project also required.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
