The pay range per hour is $22.00 - $37.40. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.

The Visual Merchandiser supports a great guest experience by ensuring that visual moments are set and maintained to the company guides and visual standards to drive sales and inspire guests.

They are experts in visual presentation, which includes elevated merchandising techniques, mannequin styling, mapping and fixture blocking, and In Store Marketing (ISM) elements.

• Retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies

• Training and developing team members to improve their visual merchandising acumen and skills
• Leading the strategy of visual merchandising and Visual Standards implementation
