About The Position

Job Title : MRI Technologist

Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Minimum 4 years of experience in MRI.

License : Valid state license required.

Certifications : ARMRIT or ARRT MR, CPR, and IV certification.

Must-Have :

• 4 years of MRI experience.
• Experience with Siemens MRI equipment.
• Ability to work with adult outpatient cases.
• IV skills are required.

Description :

We are seeking a qualified MRI Technologist with at least 4 years of experience.

The candidate must have prior travel assignment experience.

Certifications, including ARMRIT or ARRT MR, CPR, and IV certification, are required.

The role focuses on adult outpatient MRI procedures.

Experience with PACS is preferred.

Skills in various MRI techniques are needed, including abdominal and brain imaging.

The candidate should be familiar with image post-processing and magnetic resonance angiography.

IV skills and the preparation and administration of contrast media are essential.

The technologist will be expected to contribute to a collaborative environment.

The position includes working with diverse patient age groups, including infants, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Expectations include maintaining patient safety and adherence to protocols.

Effective communication and the ability to work well within a team are necessary for success in this role.
