A company is looking for a Device Support Engineer to troubleshoot and support their technology.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert device support and quick assistance via live chat, alerts, and email

Collaborate with various teams to resolve camera support cases and enhance product recommendations

Share best practices with customer support to improve user experience with software and hardware

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in device support engineering roles

Familiarity with technology products and support tools, preferably Salesforce or similar

Experience troubleshooting technical software and devices

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Flexibility to work weekends as needed
