Electrical Estimator

Nooter Philadelphia is seeking an Electrical Estimator in Trevose, PA. Our Estimators are responsible for providing estimating services for various types of projects and contract formats, including producing estimates at various phases of design and construction.

This position is part of the Estimating Team, which supports the company's "get work" function that fuels meeting the business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Perform material and equipment takeoffs and obtain vendor pricing
• Assign labor factors based on established labor estimating manuals
• Consolidate labor and material estimates into a summary proposal
• Create project milestone schedules
• Read and interpret client-supplied bid documents
• Utilize the Nooter Management System (NMS) to adhere to policies and processes
• Attend pre-bid and jobsite walk-through meetings
