Assignment Length : 13 Weeks

Weekly Pay : $2,625 (Travel Rate – must live 50+ miles away)

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our travel team at a leading hospital in Loma Linda, California. This is a great opportunity to work in a Level 1 trauma facility and make a difference in patient care while advancing your career.

Requirements

Active California RN License

BLS and ACLS (AHA required)

Completion of Basic Arrhythmia Recognition or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of acute care experience, including 1 year in MS / Tele

Level 1 trauma experience required

Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and float to Med Surg as needed

Responsibilities

Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry and vital signs

Perform thorough patient assessments and document changes in condition

Administer medications and IV therapies accurately and safely

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans

Assist patients with mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities

Provide wound care and adhere to infection control protocols

Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and discharge plans
