Recruitment Specialist

Your regional blood bank, BLOOD ASSURANCE , has a job opening for a  Recruitment Specialist   in the Nashville, TN area.

This position will work Monday-Friday with occasional weekends.

Recruitment Specialist job responsibilities include :

• Developing relationships with employee recruitment sources and attending job fairs.
• Posting job openings.
• Screening and tracking employment applications.
• Interviewing employment candidates.
• Conduct background check for new hires.
• Planning, coordinating and conducting new hire orientations.
• Reporting and analyzing staffing data.
• Weekly travel within Nashville territory.
