Job descriptionProvide strategic planning / guidance about Real Property and audit items. Lead development of the annual DM&R number and is the primary POC for A4CA with regard to Construction In Progress and assists with analysis of APSR / Real Property data. Understand and incorporate programmatic guidance and overall policy affecting Real Property Inventory into processes and procedures. Provide updates to leadership and key stakeholders, manage reports, and help support oversight of the program by coordinating meetings, developing minutes, and tracking taskers and action items.
Must be a US Citizen who currently possesses a Secret Clearance. Must be local to the DC Metro area as the candidate will have to go onsite 1 to 2 days a week.
- 3+ years of AF Real Property or Asset Management Experience, Air Staff level preferred.
Preferred experience installation level RPM experience with substantial knowledge of the Automated Civil Engineer System (ACES database, AF RP accountability and financial reporting, Real Estate planning and RPI analysis, assessment, and modeling who also possesses knowledge of the principles of construction, contract and program management.
