The Wags Club, a busy cage-free dog daycare and boarding facility in Santa Monica / West L.A., is hiring aFront Desk Receptionist / Assistant. This position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and excellent customer service skills. Youll be responsible for ensuring that clients are greeted professionally, transactions are processed accurately, and operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities :

Greet clients, check dogs in and out, and ensure all details are correctly recorded.

Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and handle administrative tasks.

Process payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer.

Provide tours and explain our daycare, boarding, and grooming services.

Communicate clearly with management and staff regarding feeding, medications, or client notes.

Maintain a clean, orderly front desk area.

Assist with photo uploads and basic social media updates as needed.

Requirements :

Prior customer service or front desk experience required.

Must be punctual, dependable, and able to multitask effectively.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Must feel comfortable around dogs of all breeds and sizes.

Pay & Benefits :

$18$20 / hour depending on experience.
