In the role of Process Optimization Manager-Packaging working in Albany, GA. You will be accountable for WCSC Process related DMS Health and consistency related to Standard work of the Line Process Leaders. Specific focus applied to DS Cycles, CL, CIL, Changeover, PLO and Line hygiene standards. This also encompasses standards in Quality Assurance, Department Data management, and development of Trio Process Leads. This role contributes to department success by owning use of data and analytics, process standards and governance to identify and eliminate losses.
What You'll Be Brewing :
- Most importantly, you will lead a team of 2 talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations
- Owns process standards and data management for the department. This includes data analysis, document standards, health checks, training and coaching of others to build capability in these areas
- Loss Elimination - analyzes data to identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities across the department and lines, leveraged to align with highest priority impacts. Facilitates IPS, UPS, and other applicable DMS's to eliminate top stops and process failures, and drive MTBS improvement
- Develop Capability - trains and coaches others on FI (problem solving tools & techniques, PLO), WPI (changeovers), AM (centerline, CIL, DH), and IM (GSUM & RE tools) Pillar tools. Owns coaching for these areas during planned stops
