Facility Type : Long Term Care Facility

Shift : Variable Shifts – based on census and facility need

Assignment Length : 13 Weeks

Duties :

Vaccination Requirement : Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical / religious exemption required before start (can be done during employee health clearance).

Start Requirement : Must arrive Thursday before start date for Employee Health appointment on Friday.

Note : Do not accept the start date if unable to arrive on time.
