We are hiring for a  Performance Tester / QA Lead  in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Requirements :

• 8+ experience in design, development, and execution of performance test scripts for various protocols like HTTP, SOAP, JDBC and JMS.
• 6+ experience working with JMeter, conducting load testing, stress testing, endurance testing, and other relevant performance tests.
• Significant experience in using Thread Groups, Samplers, Assertions and Listeners in JMeter.
• Familiarity with popular JMeter Plugins.
• Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on performance testing outcomes for stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of QA processes and standards.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members in performance testing best practices.
• Estimate testing effort and timelines and participate in test planning and strategy sessions.
