JOB SUMMARY :

This position will take a leading role in the design, implementation, and long-term management of our enterprise data warehouse. This strategic, career-oriented position is ideal for a candidate that will bring deep expertise in Microsoft data technologies, advanced SQL proficiency, and a strong commitment to data governance and security.

QUALIFICATIONS :

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Design and maintain our data warehouse, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business needs.
• Serve as the primary administrator for the data warehouse, overseeing day-to-day operations, maintenance, and user support.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies, including data quality, metadata management, and access controls.
• Implement and monitor data security best practices to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and team members to understand requirements and deliver robust data solutions.
• Optimize SQL queries and data models for performance and reliability.
• Provide documentation, training, and support to team members and end users.
• Communicate with third party vendors.
• Perform all tasks assigned by the supervisor, while following all company, safety, and quality policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance 3 days per week in the office.
