- dedicated and compassionate Infant and Toddler Teachers

As a teacher at Rainbow Kids, you’ll play a pivotal role in the lives of our students, guiding them through their early years with engaging, thoughtful lessons. You’ll be responsible for creating a positive and safe classroom environment, communicating regularly with parents and staff, and being a role model for the children in your care.

- Key Responsibilities :
- Design and Implement Lessons :
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote the social, emotional, and cognitive development of our young learners.
- Foster Self-Expression :
- Create a flexible and supportive environment where children feel safe to express themselves and develop critical life skills.
- Ensure Student Well-Being :
- Attend to students' basic needs, including feeding and dressing, and provide assistance as necessary.
- Conflict Resolution :
- Mediate conflicts between children and help them develop effective problem-solving skills.
- Model Positive Behavior :
- Lead by example and demonstrate appropriate behaviors in all interactions, both in and out of the classroom.
- Maintain a Safe Learning Space :
- Ensure the classroom environment is always safe, clean, and conducive to learning.
- Track Progress :
- Monitor and communicate students’ progress to parents regularly, keeping them informed about their child’s development.
- Collaborate with Team :
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences, staff meetings, and family engagement events to build strong community connections.
- Requirements :
- MA EEC Teaching Certification
- (Required) and a
- degree in Early Childhood Education
- (Preferred).
- Experience
- working with young children, particularly infants and toddlers, is required.
- Physically Fit
- and able to lift up to 70 pounds to meet the physical demands of the job.
- Clear Criminal Record
- (must pass background check).

- Must be available to work
- between 7 : 30 AM and 5 : 00 PM, Monday-Friday

Pay : $16.50 - $23.00 per hour
