Position Summary :
The Payroll Manager will oversee all aspects of Vericel’s payroll operations, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely processing for employees across multiple states. This role will drive process efficiency, governance, and continuous improvement while partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure a seamless payroll experience for our employees. The Payroll Manager role will also assist in administering Vericel’s equity program contributing to a seamless employee experience. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, organization, and effective collaboration across departments. Schedule : This position is in-office from Monday – Thursday in our new Burlington, MA location, with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

Why Vericel?
The salary range Vericel reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of this posting is $91,000 to $122,000 annually.
The actual title and salary offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skills. Bonus, incentive pay, equity and benefits may be provided in addition to the base compensation listed above.
