Jira and ServiceNow Administrator

A company is looking for a Jira & ServiceNow Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary resource for Jira / Confluence Software and ServiceNow administration

Collaborate with business and development teams to create projects and improve tool usability

Drive innovation through AI-powered capabilities and ensure application uptime and best practices

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Jira / Confluence and / or ServiceNow admin role

Advanced knowledge of Jira / Confluence and / or ServiceNow setup and administration

Experience with JIRA searches, JQL, reporting capabilities, and workflows

Proven experience as a ServiceNow administrator with a deep understanding of best practices

JavaScript programming language experience is preferred
