Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Lacey, Washington.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty : Physical Therapist

• Duration : 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift : 8 hours, days
• Employment Type : Travel
• Experience Required : 1 year of recent Skilled Home Health PT experience (at least 1 year within the last 3 years). Will not accept inpatient experience.
• Certifications : BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support).
• Charting System : Home Care Home Base (HCHB) is required. Proficiency in HCHB is preferred.
